Spirulina Salad

SPIRULINA SALAD RECIPE:
3 medium heads of kale
2 ripe avocados
1 cup Olive Oil
1/2 Lemon juice or sipping vinegar
3 Tbsp Spirulina
1/2 Tbsp Pink Salt
Nutritional Yeast (optional)

TO PREPARE:
-Take your 3 heads of kale and de stem them and tear
or cut into small pieces.
-Squeeze the lemon onto the kale and salt. Then massage for a few minutes until the kale is soft.
Throw into a big mixing bowl.
-With your avocado, olive oil and spirulina, homogenize into a dressing with your hands. (this is the best part)
- Mix the dressing and kale together with your hands.
- Sprinkle a little Nutritional Yeast on top for added flavor.
