HAND MASH CHOCOLATE MONKEY PUDDING
What makes this one sooo good is the hand mashing! Get it all over your hands and lick it off when your done, OK!
Ingredients:
1 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup honey
2 Tbsp coconut oil
pinch pink salt
2 small avocados or 1 large avocado
1 small banana
1/4 warm water
1/8 tsp vanilla power or extract
Blend in vita mix and get a spoon baby!! Easy and fun!!
Additions: if you like add some mulberries for chew or cacao nibs for crunch
