LIVE/RAW MINT CHUTNEY (Salt & Oil Free)
Ingredients:
10 cups fresh mint (leaves only)
1 1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp + 1 tsp lemon Juice
1/2 to 1 Jalapeno
3 cups cucumber peeled
1. Prepare your mint & peel the cucumber.
2. Blend all above ingredients in food processor until desired consistency. (chunky or smooth)
3.Then add:
2 Tbsp onion chopped fine
1 Tbsp fresh ginger juice
This is a wonderful dip with a little heat building and digestive qualities. Wonderful with our live onion bread, chia crackers, or pizza bread
