SEA VEGGIE SALAD
2 cups kelp cut and soaked until soft
1/4 cup dulse cut and soaked until soft
5 cups cucumber peeled and cubed
1/2 Tbsp Pink salt
2 Tbsp fennel seed
1 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp sipping vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sesame seeds
Cut kelp, dulse, cucumber into desired sized pieces and blend together in bowl. In separate bowl mix the spices with olive oil and vinegar. Then toss together both sauce and veg together.
Top with sesame seeds . Serves 10 small-medium portions.
