I have recently been eating a lot of sea veggies. Their alkaline & mineral rich. I feel a boost of pranic energy immediately and have been loving my sea veggies in so many dishes. Here is a simple salad to keep you refreshed & nourished.
Very delicious with basmati rice & avocado.
You could even roll into nori wrap to create delicious sushi rolls.
SEA VEGGIE SALAD
1 cup kelp cut & soaked until soft
1/4 cup dulse cut & soaked until soft
1 cup arame soaked & rinsed until soft
5 cups cucumber peeled and cubed
1/2 Tbsp Pink salt
2-3 Tbsp fennel seed
1 Tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
1/4 cup sipping vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sesame seeds
Cut kelp, dulse, cucumber into desired sized pieces and blend together in bowl. In separate bowl mix the spices with olive oil and vinegar. Then toss together both sauce and veg together.
Top with sesame seeds . Serves 10 small-medium portions.
