Raw Cinnamon Rolls

BATTER INGREDIENTS:


1 cup dates soaked

¼ cup chia seeds ground

2 cups walnuts chopped

¼ cup water – maybe a little more

1 Tbsp cinnamon

¼ cup raisins
1 cup coconut crème

1 Tbsp salt
 
FILLING INGREDIENTS:

 
1 1/2 cups dates soaked

2 cups coconut crème

1 Tbsp liquid vanilla

1 tsp salt

1/4 cup coconut milk

1 Tbsp lemon juice – or lime
 
DIRECTIONS:

 
Mix all the batter ingredients together in mixing bowl, making the dough. On Dehydrator sheet, apply 2 Tbsp cinnamon then put batter onto cinnamon coated dehydrator sheet as though, 1 big pancake, square.

Mix all the batter ingredients together in mixing bowl, making the dough. On Dehydrator sheet, apply 2 Tbsp cinnamon then put batter onto cinnamon coated dehydrator sheet like 1 big pancake, square. Mix the filling ingredients together and pour over the batter pancake. Carefully roll the pancake up making a spiral around the crème filling. Cut into half and put into dehydrator for 4-6 hours.
