Fig Marmalade

Because Figs are in season in abundance we are sharing this fun light delicious recipe.

Ingredients:
10 Figs Fresh (dried works as well)
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp orange pulp
1 tsp cinnamon
dash salt

Preparation:
Liquify 1/2 the figs with water and orange in blender then add salt and cinnamon. Chop the remaining figs by hand into tiny pieces. Mix by hand and enjoy.

NOTE: If you are using dried figs soak them first for several hours until soft, drain the water and use these rehydrated figs.
