Kitesurfer Gunnar Wagner’s Long Distance Solo Mexico Coast Journey Powered by ChocolaTree!

ChocolaTree is thrilled to support professional hydrofoil kiteboarder Gunnar Wagner in his 200 KM long-distance kitesurfing challenge in the Mayan Riveiera. Gunnie will cruise along the Mexican Caribbean coastline on an uninterrupted solo journey, an approximate 6-hour challenge to be completed in the least possible time. He’ll kick off 30 KM south of Punta Allen heading north to Cancun, Mexico.

Gunnie is an amazing athlete with 12 years in professional kiteboarding. He’s CEO at KiteBoardTrips Event Production and a professional trainer specializing in hydrofoil training. He’s also a diving instructor and expedition leader featured in National Geographic Magazine, a former sports and action photographer and former motocross, skydiving, paragliding and mountain bike athlete!
