Coconut creme is the meat of the coconut that has been ground into a butter. It contains the oils and the fiber of the meat. We use our own custom-made stone grinder that keeps temperatures low and preserves the vital nutrients and enzymes. The resulting cream is a delicious coconut spread with a slight sweetness to it. For a creamier texture, expose it to warm temperatures for 20 minutes!

QUESTION: What ingredients are used to make the creme, it says coconut flakes and I thought it was whole fresh coconut meat. If not what brand of coconut flakes are used to insure them being ''raw''?
ANSWER: We stone grind the organic sun dried coconut flakes. The grinder does not heat the flakes like most all commercial equipment as the machines were designed and hand built in house by Chocolatier Kelly Johnson. The coconut flakes are sun dried in the Philippines. Truly raw, organic, non irradiated.
