Vegan Caesar Romaine: Satisfying

1 Medium – Large Head of Romaine

1 ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast

1 cup Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive Oil

1 ¼ cup Spring Water

¼ tsp Pink Salt or more depending on bitterness of greens

4 - 6 Tbsp Chopped Garlic (for evolved garlic lovers go with 6)

Preparation: Chop the Romaine into your desired sized pieces and put into a big serving bowl.

In mixing bowl add all other ingredients except ¼ cup Nutritional Flakes, stir well then drizzle over lettuce. Top with the remaining ¼ cup Nutritional Flakes

Makes 3 medium servings
