Tamari Pumpkin Seeds


6 cups sprouted pumpkin seeds

1 ½ Tbsp Water

3.2 Tbsp Tamari

1 1/3 tsp ginger powder

1 1/3 tsp onion powder

1 1/3 tsp garlic powder


In blender add all but pumpkin seeds. Then put into mixing bowl with sprouted pumpkin seeds. Homogenize in bowl then lay on teflex sheet and dehydrate 12 hours, flip and put onto the screen only for 8 – 12 hours more.
