Raw Zucchini Sesame Hummus Recipe

Try our simple ingredient, very delicious, raw zucchini sesame hummus.
This recipe is chickpea free. Enjoy with crackers, veggies or on sandwiches & wraps!

Raw Zucchini Sesame Hummus:
  • Zucchini: 2 cups peeled (from 1 large zucchini)
  • Lemon Juice: ¼ cup
  • Olive Oil: ¼ cup
  • Garlic Cloves: ¾ tablespoon (or 2 to 3 cloves, depending on size)
  • Cumin: ½ tablespoon
  • Sea Salt: ½ tablespoon
  • Raw Tahini or Sesame Seeds Blended: 1 cup
Blend all ingredients together & enjoy! Store in the fridge.
