Raw Zucchini Sesame Hummus:
- Zucchini: 2 cups peeled (from 1 large zucchini)
- Lemon Juice: ¼ cup
- Olive Oil: ¼ cup
- Garlic Cloves: ¾ tablespoon (or 2 to 3 cloves, depending on size)
- Cumin: ½ tablespoon
- Sea Salt: ½ tablespoon
- Raw Tahini or Sesame Seeds Blended: 1 cup
Blend all ingredients together & enjoy! Store in the fridge.
