Green Goddess Soup

3/4 cup bell peppers
2 1/2 cups cucumbers, peeled and chopped
2 1/2 cups zucchini, unpeeled and chopped
1 1/2 cups greens of choice (kale, spinach, parsley, etc.)
1 Tbsp orange juice
2 tsp lemon juice

Puree all ingredients above in a food processor, then pour into a blender and add the following, blending until homogenous:

1/4 cup tahini
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp sea salt
