HOW TO MAKE ALMOND (or any seed or nut) MILK
To make your own almond milk, after soaking 8-12 hours, blend 1 cup of sprouted almonds with 4 cups of water. Strain the liquid through a nut milk bag or strainer. Put pulp back into blender and blend with another 4 cups of water. Strain and combine with the first straining. Enjoy!
