Carrot Ginger Soup
Avocados are an amazing fatty food that is in plenty in the southern part of California and all over Mexico this time of year. Enjoy them in this delicious nurturing soup.
INGREDIENTS:
5 cups carrot juice
2 avocados
1 cup coconut flakes
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. sea salt
2 Tbsp. fresh ginger juice
PREPARATION:
Puree in blender until creamy. Put into the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour or so. Take out and serve.
