3/9 Thursday EVENING 3-6pm

AVOCADO HERB SANDWICH
Our famous live onion flat bread filled with creamy herb pate, avocado, red onion, clover sprouts & seasonal greens

SUNSHINE SALAD
Fresh sunflower sprouts, cucumber & clover sprouts tossed with garlic & spirulina dressing

GINGER LEMONADE
Fresh lemon & ginger juiced fresh then blended with local raw Arizona honey. An all time favorite!

 


3/10 Friday MORNING 7-10am:

KEFIR PARFAIT
Our sprouted pumpkin seeds, buckwheat & almond granola swimming in house made coconut kefir, layered with seasonal fruit

APPLE HONEY GRANOLA
Crunchy sprouted buckwheat, pumpkin seeds, almonds & pecans sweetened with raw honey, fennel seeds, dates, raisins & cinnamon in sprouted almond milk and topped with seasonal fruit

Se’DONUT
Blue corn baked with coconut oil & maple syrup.

DANCE TO THE BEETS JUICE
A delicious blend of carrot, beet, apple, celery, kale & cucumber juice.

GINGER CINNAMON SPICE PIE
Fresh carrot juice blended with our stone-ground coconut crème, cinnamon, vanilla & nutmeg with a honey sweetened macadamia nut crust

Local chia seeds blended with almond milk, honey & cardamom.
