To Make Chia Pudding: Put 1/2 cup of chia seeds in a pint jar. Fill with purified water and shake well. Shake well again after a few minutes. The chia seeds expand and fill up the jar with a chia gel. Scoop out the gel and stir in your favorite superfoods and sweeteners. Or add a scoop of the chia gel into your smoothie for an extra energy boost. It helps to thicken the texture of your smoothie.
