INVITATION FOR USE
HOW TO ACTIVATE ALMONDSSoak for 8-12 hours to release the enzyme inhibitors and activate the life force. Dehydrate at 115 degrees to create a crunchy texture. Add your favorite flavorings, or a good quality salt, before dehydrating to create an amazing snack.
HOW TO MAKE ALMOND MILK
To make your own almond milk, after soaking 8-12 hours, blend 1 cup of sprouted almonds with 4 cups of water. Strain the liquid through a nut milk bag or strainer. Put pulp back into blender and blend with another 4 cups of water. Strain and combine with the first straining. Enjoy!
HOW TO MAKE RAW GRANOLA
1/4 cup raw walnuts or pecans
4 pitted medjool dates chopped and soaked
1/2 cup Almond Milk
Place almonds, sunflower seeds and walnuts in a food processor (or blender) with S blade, pulse briefly. Add dates, cinnamon and salt and process to mix. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator, will keep for 2 days. When ready to serve transfer to a bowl combine with fruit, serve with Almond Milk.
Optional: dates can be replaced with 1/4 cup raisins or chopped dried figs or cherries.
