Ingredients: Chrysanthemum blossoms, Damiana, Vana Holy Basil, Linden leaves and flowers, Lavender, Rosebuds, Mugwort, Rosemary, California Poppy.

Safe for all ages to enjoy. Is suitable during breast feeding, post-pregnancy, and with most health conditions and medications. *Not suitable during pregnancy (Mugwort, Damiana, and CA Poppy can potentially stimulate uterine contractions).

blossoms (Chrysanthemum morifolium, Ju Hua), Damiana (Turnera diffusa), Vana Holy Basil (Ocimum sp.), Linden leaves and flowers (Tilia cordata), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Rosebuds (Rosa sp.), Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica).

BREWING
One serving (1tsp. or 1 gram)
Bring 1 cup of pure water to a boil (212F). Measure 1tsp. (1 gram) of herbs, place into tea strainer. Pour hot water over herbs, steep for between 4 to 8 minutes with a lid cover to retain essential oils. Gently breathe in the rising herbal steam. Sip slowly and enjoy.

BATHING
This tea blend makes a deliciously soothing herbal bath. Add herbs into a strainer, place in warm bath water. Soak and enjoy. *do not use during pregnancy*
