Strawberry Summer Celebration Salad

STRAWBERRY SUMMER CELEBRATION SALAD

This time of the year when the mesquite trees are pollinating, strawberries are sweet, tart and delicious and most tree fruits are continuing to grow into juicey fruits I have so much gratitude in my heart for earths bounty! This salad is a celebration of the ChocolaTree garden
 and all the gardens of the world.

All of the ripe strawberries in your strawberry patch – about 4 cups.


2 oranges – about 2 cups


6 cups finely chopped greens mix or romaine


2 cups cacao nibs

1/4 cup cacao powder


1/4 cup finely chopped golden onion


1 Tbsp spirulina


1 tsp pink salt

Pinch cayenne

First cut the strawberries, oranges and greens into small pieces and mix together.
Then add the cacao powder, nibs, salt, cayenne, onion, and spirulina as you toss the salad.
This is a light and satisfying salad and great to enjoy during any celebration!
