Raw Apple Pie Recipe

RAW ORGANIC, DAIRY-FREE 
APPLE PIE RECIPE! 
Makes a 9″ round pie.

CRUST~
2 cups macadamia nuts
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup raw honey
1 Tbsp coconut oil

CHOP THE NUTS TOGETHER, ADD THE HONEY AND SALT WITH A MIXING SPOON. PRESS FIRMLY INTO A PIE PAN THAT IS LIGHTLY OILED WITH COCONUT OIL.

FILLING~
6-8 very thinly sliced apples (about 4 cups)
2 Tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp coconut oil
3 cups pecan pieces
2 cups coconut milk
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cups honey

SOAK THE SLICED APPLES IN THE COCONUT MILK, LEMON AND SALT FOR 1 HOUR TO SOFTEN. THEN MIX ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS INTO THE BOWL WITH THE APPLES. NOW POUR THE CONTENTS ONTO YOUR CRUST.
