Meet Maia, the heart behind our restaurant’s dessert specials and custom dessert orders. Maia's journey into the world of vegan desserts began in 2011, and she has dedicated countless hours perfecting her craft in the kitchen. She is currently honing in her skills as a Raw Vegan Dessert Chef at Crystal Dawn Culinary and is supporting the creation of Chocolatree's first cookbook.
